Thank you for your message. I’ll review and reply as soon as I can. If you haven’t had a chance to look through the FAQs yet, please do. I’ve tried to make sure I’ve covered the most important things people want to know.
Here are some of the most popular questions I get when people contact me for the first time too:
I cover the greater Norwich area, and can travel further afield, but I would need to charge for mileage for anything greater than 20 miles away.
I always come to see you. That’s a critical part of the process. I need to see the home environment where your puppy will live and learn. My method page will give you a very good understanding of why coming to see you and your puppy at your home are really at the heart of how my method works.
We can agree on a suitable time and day. I provide weekday visits during the day and evening, and Saturdays are available but only if absolutely unavoidable.
The first consultation in any of the programs is 2 hours, because there’s a lot to cover, and any follow ups are usually 1 hour. You can read more about my approach in the method section of my website.
Consultations are always in person; I need to meet you, see the household and, obviously, get to know your puppy. My mobile number is on the website and I am happy to make myself available to clients via WhatsApp if we end up working together. Over the phone and email consultations or training is a recipe for disaster and not something I advise or do.
I only keep the essential contact details needed to provide training for as long as we’re working together and for legal purposes. I never sell or share your details with anyone e.g. for marketing purposes.
If there’s something else you’d like to know, please have a look at my FAQs page, or make a note of it and ask me when I call or reply to your email.
